TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all consultations, bookings, treatments and services provided by The Face Clinic Bristol (“we”, “us”, “our”).
“You” refers to the client, patient or individual booking, attending or receiving services.

By booking a consultation or treatment, paying a booking deposit, attending an appointment, or receiving treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These T&Cs reflect UK best practice for aesthetic clinics and the professional standards expected of regulated healthcare professionals and prescribing clinicians.

1. Eligibility for Treatment

  • You must be 18 years of age or over to receive any treatment.

  • Valid photographic ID may be requested.

  • All clients must complete a full medical consultation and provide accurate and honest medical information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, safe, or in your best interests.

2. Consultations & Consent

  • A consultation is required prior to any treatment.

  • Consultations are free of charge and assess suitability, risks, benefits and expected outcomes.

  • For injectable and advanced treatments, written, verbal and photographic consent will be obtained.

  • You will be given adequate opportunity to ask questions and consider your options.

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time prior to treatment.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

  • Injectable treatments require assessment by a registered prescribing clinician.

7. Deposits & Payments

  • A booking deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments.

  • Deposit amounts are set to reflect the time reserved and potential loss incurred by late cancellation or non-attendance.

  • The required deposit amount will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and must be paid in full to confirm the appointment.

  • Booking deposits are deducted from the total cost of treatment on the day of your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment.

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable, except where cancellation terms set out below are met or where required by law.

  • No treatment will be carried out without full payment being received.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

Client Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will result in loss of the booking deposit.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time.

  • Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in the appointment being deemed a no-show.

  • In such cases, the appointment may be cancelled and the booking deposit forfeited.

  • Where time allows, appointments may be shortened at clinical discretion; full treatment cannot be guaranteed.

9. Clinic Cancellations

If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness, emergency or equipment failure):

  • You will be offered a full refund of any booking deposit, or

  • An alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time.

10. Refund Policy

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable outside the cancellation terms above.

  • Treatment fees are non-refundable once treatment has been carried out.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction where treatment has been delivered appropriately and safely.
